Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Kentucky is seeking an experienced warehouse professional to serve as a Subject Matter Expert for area processes and technology applications. The role will lead teams, ensure accurate picking and packing, and maintain high standards of safety and regulatory compliance on-site at our facility.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, 3+ years of related warehouse experience, and forklift certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; 3+ years related warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Strong leadership, planning, dependability, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs work of other team members as instructed by the team supervisor.
• Ensure orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately and timely.
• Perform inventory counts and adjust as directed.
• Operate forklift or other warehouse equipment (e.g., high reach).
• Scan freight using a warehouse management system with RF equipment.
• Maintain compliance with safety, security, and regulatory procedures.
