Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the 1st shift in Hebron, KY. The role oversees and participates in receiving, slotting, replenishment, pulling, and issuing of goods while maintaining inventory control and preparing reports.

The lead guides assigned staff and supervises warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The position requires leadership experience, strong organizational skills, proficiency with ERP/WMS, and the ability to work weekends/overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft OFFICE.
• High organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Direct experience executing inventory processes (receiving, slotting, replenishment, order pulling, cycle counting).
• Experience with ERP System a plus; WMS experience preferred.
• 2+ years lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned team of warehouse personnel and delegates tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Supports planning and allocation of manpower.
• Oversees receiving, unloading and inspection of shipments for damage and conformity to PO specs.
• Oversees stocking and determines storage locations for max space utilization.
• Fills, prioritizes and processes requisitions; pulls and ships items per procedures.
• Maintains inventory records and produces related reports.
