Job summary

Netrush, LLC in Hebron Estates, KY is seeking a Shift Lead to support the management team in ensuring safety, quality, morale and productivity of a warehouse team of 5-20 associates. You will oversee receiving, storage, value-adding servicing and shipping of a wide variety of products.

The role requires 3 years warehouse experience (ecommerce preferred), strong communication, leadership presence, and ability to coordinate across functions.

Qualifications

• 3 years of warehouse experience; ecommerce preferred.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
• Senior presence with articulate communication style.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and synthesize viewpoints.
• Experience with picking and packing both D2C and B2B orders.
• Experience operating within multiple warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising the functions and working of the warehouse workers.
• Delegate tasks, set targets, and evaluate staff performance.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and legal requirements.
• Manage inventory including receipt, pick, pack, ship, and return.
• Oversee shift allocations and efficiency of staff.
• Organize training for staff and ensure proper equipment use.
• Ensure communication of safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics to leaders.
