Job summary

Mad Engine Global LLC is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager (Warehouse Supervisor) in Hebron, KY to lead distribution center operations with a focus on inventory accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will set performance metrics, drive process optimization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, accurate inventory and scalable operations.

Qualifications

At least 4 years' experience as Warehouse Supervisor.
Proven experience maintaining inventory accuracy through process adherence and continuous improvement.
Experience with WMS & RF tools is REQUIRED.
ERP systems experience is a plus, D365 preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan daily/weekly/monthly DC operational needs and lead meetings with warehouse leads and management.
Set guidelines, metrics, and goals for the team and facility.
Review productivity logs to ensure SLAs are met.
Analyze data and design new processes for continuous improvement.
Train staff and coordinate staffing with HR as needed.
Ensure orientation and training of new employees and enforce safety practices.
Investigate workplace incidents and ensure compliance with standards.
Review vendor invoices for Finance team.
