Qualifications

• At least 2 years of receiving experience in Inventory Control.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems is a must.
• Basic knowledge of Outlook.
• Knowledge of warehouse flow and inventory reconciliation practices.
• Willingness to be trained in material handling equipment such as Order Pullers, Turret Trucks, Forklifts.
• Ability to use material handling equipment to safely travel up to 30 feet vertically.
• Detail orientated and kept accurate records.
• Ability to multitask and communicate clearly with various types of personnel.
• Ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy using an ERP system.
• Reconcile inventory by researching system documents and scheduling cycle counts.
• Coordinate with warehouses/contractors on item arrivals and receiving documents.
• Communicate with production on discrepancies and obtain approvals to receive.
• Compare packing to POs and final counts to ensure item numbers match.
• Report discrepancies to accounting and purchasing to close POs for invoicing.
• Inspect received products to ensure safe distribution.
• Review shipments, scheduling reports, and process shipping documents timely.
• Participate in physical inventory preparations and on-site counts.
• Issue daily end-of-shift reports to inform the next shift.
