Job summary

GigaCloud Technology in El Monte, CA is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot a range of network and warehouse systems. You will work under limited supervision and collaborate with Warehouse Operations and other teams to drive improvements.

Overtime, including weekends, may be required to support operational needs and ensure system uptime across enterprise network and warehouse devices.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of IT/Network engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IS or related field.
• Experience with Active Directory and endpoint management.
• Ability to collaborate with Warehouse Operations and other teams.
• English fluency; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware (switches, APs, routers, firewalls).
• Resolve issues across hardware, software, telecom, video conferencing, and warehouse equipment.
• Configure and administer Active Directory.
• Manage lifecycle of IT assets in a dynamic warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Operations and other teams to resolve incidents.
• Handle helpdesk tickets via Freshservice with fast response.
• Monitor systems and diagnose to maintain uptime.
• Research tools and practices to upgrade networks.
• Work on on-call rotations to support 24/7 operations.
