Job summary

Feesurer's Food Distributors seeks an IT Systems & Network Engineer to own IT service management, end-user support, and warehouse technology across office, warehouse, and core systems.

The role functions as the primary technical resource for resolving issues, ensuring operational stability, and supporting cloud ERP integrations, network infrastructure, and connectivity across sites. Strong troubleshooting and ITSM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT experience across support, infrastructure, networking, and systems administration.
• Experience supporting warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
• Experience administering an IT service management platform.
• Experience with workflow automation tools and system integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting across endpoints, network, and cloud apps.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage IT service management platform workflows, SLAs, queues, reporting, and automation.
• Manage ticket intake, prioritization, escalation, and resolution.
• Maintain the service catalog and knowledge base.
• Act as primary escalation point for IT issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, and business applications.
• Deploy, image, and maintain endpoints, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Manage asset tracking and lifecycle activities.
• Provide hands-on support for wired and wireless networks.
• Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and support.
• Support ERP integrations and warehouse technology.
