Job summary

Weee! is hiring a Warehouse IT Specialist in Milpitas, CA. You will provide Tier 1 IT support for warehouse ops, manage IT assets, and maintain our IT infra including cameras, badge systems, and printers. Strong networking, Windows/Mac, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant work experience in IT support.
• Proficient networking skills, such as managing the IT server room network switch/firewall.
• Experience in computer troubleshooting (Windows, Mac OS).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in security camera systems and badge systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily Tier 1 IT support for warehouse operations (network, laptops/desktops, badge/alarm, barcode printers, scanners, touch screens, PDA, UPS).
• Manage IT equipment inventory and WMS user access privileges.
• Maintain and repair IT equipment; perform preventative maintenance.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly IT and Warehouse inspections.
• Support IT infrastructure (WAN/LAN, access points, MDF/IDF, video conferences, storage, servers).
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees.
• Create basic floor plans and IT infrastructure diagrams; draft project plans.
• Write SOPs and end-user manuals; provide IT training.
• Participate in HQ project implementations; handle other tasks from IT/Warehouse Managers.
