Job summary

Weee! is seeking a Warehouse IT Specialist to be onsite in Milpitas, CA.

You will maintain networks, security cameras, badge systems, printers, desktops, laptops, and other IT assets, providing daily Tier 1 IT support for warehouse operations and managing IT equipment inventory and WMS access. The ideal candidate has 4-7 years of IT support experience, strong networking and troubleshooting skills (Windows/Mac), and CCNA or equivalent certification.

• 4-7 years of IT support experience
• Strong networking and troubleshooting skills (Windows/Mac)
• Experience with security camera and badge systems
• CCNA or equivalent certification
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Provide daily Tier 1 IT support for warehouse operations (network, laptops/desktops, badge/alarm system, printers, scanner, Wi‑Fi, etc.)
• Manage IT equipment inventory and WMS user access privileges
• Maintain and repair IT equipment; perform preventive maintenance
• Support and maintain WAN/LAN networks, access points, surveillance systems, and warehouse IT servers/storage
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and training
• Create basic floor plans and diagrams for IT infrastructure
• Create simple project plans for IT builds and infrastructure
• Write SOPs and user manuals
• Participate in HQ project implementations
• Handle other tasks from IT/Warehouse Managers/Directors
