Job summary

Feesurer's Food Distributors seeks an IT Systems & Network Engineer to own IT service management, end-user support, and warehouse technology. The role ensures operational stability across office, warehouse, and core systems, acting as the primary technical resource for ERP integrations and cross-system issues.

Responsibilities include maintaining the service catalog, triaging incidents, and supporting network infrastructure and enterprise printing in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT across support, infrastructure, networking, and systems administration.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics/distribution environments preferred.
• Experience with IT service management platform administration.
• Experience with workflow automation tools.
• ERP experience preferred but not required.
• Relevant industry certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the IT service management platform, including workflows, SLAs, queues, reporting, and automation.
• Manage ticket intake, prioritization, escalation, and resolution.
• Maintain the service catalog and knowledge base.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, and business applications.
• Provide hands-on support for wired and wireless networks.
• Support warehouse RF devices, scanners, and printers.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
• Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity.
