Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an on-site IT Support professional to service a Distribution Center and provide remote user support. The role covers end-user technology, warehouse systems, and timely incident resolution in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will set up equipment for new hires, manage tickets, and assist with equipment retrieval and redeployment. Weekend and overtime flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Preferred IT or related degree (Associate or Bachelor).
• 1–3+ years in IT support, help desk, or field support.
• Experience supporting hardware, software, and basic networking.
• ITSM/ticketing tools experience (ServiceNow preferred).
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL are a plus.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Flexibility to support distribution center hours, including peak seasons and overtime.
• Comfortable with heights and ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the IT ticketing system, log new requests, and assign tickets.
• Provide timely updates to end-users and close tickets when issues are resolved.
• Set up new equipment (Windows PCs, mobile phones, tablets) for new hires.
• Configure user accounts and install required software for day-one readiness.
• Assist with retrieval and redeployment of user equipment during role changes or exits.
