Qualifications

• Valid Virginia Driver's License.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to utilize various software programs.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive vendor materials, verify quantities, inspect for damage, and enter receipts into inventory system.
• Store materials on designated shelves or yard using forklift/hand truck and rotate stock as needed.
• Prepare items for outgoing transport; crate, pack, label, and arrange carrier pickups.
• Plan and reconcile work orders; review schedules and maintain stock levels to meet construction demand.
• Manage transformer stock counts and surplus disposal; maintain inventory spreadsheets.
• Stock, issue, and repair MRO items to support daily operations.
• Conduct monthly and annual inventory to ensure accuracy and complete physical counts.
