Job summary

VCI Construction, LLC. is hiring a Warehouse Technician to manage receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.

You’ll prepare orders, verify inventory, and follow safety and packaging guidelines while operating equipment such as dolly, pallet jack, or forklift to support the team. This role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, authorization to work in the United States, and the ability to pass a DOT physical for a medical card.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• 18+ years of age.
• Valid state driver's license with clean driving record.
• Able to pass a DOT physical exam and obtain a medical card.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer and inventory control systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for shipment according to pick tickets and customer requirements.
• Check and verify inventory to ensure stock availability.
• Notify supervisor of shortages and restocking needs.
• Package and ship products per guidelines.
• Stock warehouse shelves and organize picks and packing slips.
• Receive, unload, and inspect shipments; confirm accuracy with packing slips and purchase orders.
• Operate dolly, pallet jack, and forklift for loading and unloading materials.
• Work overtime, travel, and respond to after-hours duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
