Work Schedule: Mon-Fri | 7am-4pm

Summary

A well‑established provider of specialized products and services to customers operating in critically clean and highly regulated environments is seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist. This role is responsible for supporting goods in/out activities, managing critical stock items, performing on‑site service tasks, and ensuring efficient product distribution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrates excellent attention to detail, and is committed to accuracy, safety, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming goods, including verification, counting, inspection, and accurate put‑away of stock.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to required turnaround times and service levels.
  • Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas and follow all safety, quality, and operational protocols.
  • Use computerized inventory management systems such as WMS/ERP and other internal tools.
  • Proactively identify potential problems and solutions related to inventory accuracy or workflow efficiency.
  • Safely operate company vehicles and equipment for warehouse and customer‑related activities.
  • Support delivery of products to local customer sites, including assisting with on‑site service needs.
  • Perform routine stock checks and cycle counts with a proactive approach to maintaining stock accuracy.
  • Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to support smooth inventory operations and customer fulfillment.
  • Remain flexible and contribute to additional duties as needed to support customers and overall operations.
Qualifications

  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to understand and support customer needs.
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Prior warehouse, inventory, or spare parts management experience preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality of service.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Forklift license and prior experience are highly desirable.
  • Experience using ERP/WMS systems; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
