Responsibilities
Supply inventory control and receiving.
Make sure the count and the parts are correct.
Post receipt transactions, in BC and Concur.
Record precise counts and documentation of inventory transfers, shipping and receiving.
Monitor inventory levels and create inventory reporting.
Re-stock and fill supply requests for departments.
Confirm inventory requests.
Counts and note requests daily in ERP system for internal departments.
Accuracy and consistency are a must.
Pull orders for inventory requests and assist transfer requests from Padaro to Casitas, Elite Office, Lompoc and Camarillo.
Receive, confirm, log and/or ship: UPS, FedEx and USPS shipments and note damages/shortages immediately upon arrival.
Receive shipments against purchase orders in ERP system, confirm, offload, and log all inbound shipments and note damages/shortages immediately upon arrival.
Inform departments that their order has arrived (or shipped) and/or put materials on inventory in a well-organized manner.
Notify Purchasing when stock levels of items run low.
Use required PPE per OSHA regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
