Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Warehouse Associate’s primary role is to perform various skilled and semi-skilled tasks to maintain facilities/warehouse operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee maintenance and appearance of the facilities and grounds throughout the property
  • Daily management of a small labor crew trash runs, curb appeal through outdoor groundskeeping and overall upkeep of the facilities exterior
  • Catalog and track all inventory of assets for this facility as well as other locations that may request items such as furniture, forklifts, warehouse equipment, and racking
  • Complete all safety checklists on a daily, and monthly basis to ensure Corporate Safety/Compliance
  • Unloading and loading semi trailers
  • Organization, consolidation and storage of all warehouse inventory
  • Light maintenance duties when assigned as well as any and all other duties assigned

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of warehouse experience to include warehouse organization, receiving and processing shipments, and the stocking and organizing inventory
  • Must have a current and valid drivers license

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to operate a sit down forklift, and pallet jack
  • 1 to 3 years of inventory control and asset control
  • 1 to 3 years with basic groundskeeping
  • 1 to 3 years with logistics and transportation system/organization
  • Experience with Google Suite such as Gmail, and Google Docs
  • Strong knowledge of safe work practices and procedures typical for warehouse operations
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work successfully in a team environment with limited resources

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $24.00/Hour - $29.00/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
