Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCo’s beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada. This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization.

As an Inventory Coordinator, you will contribute to the success of PepsiCo by ensuring all inventory is reconciled, with a focus on cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for the entire business unit across all shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Hiring for early morning shift starting between 4am-7am. Weekend work required.
  • Own Inventory responsibilities for location
  • Reconcile full goods inventory for the warehouse
  • Troubleshoot inventory variances as required
  • Enter bills of lading, purchases, and transfers
  • Weekly balancing of transfers in/out of another facility
  • Manage the day-to-day inventory process for finished goods in compliance
  • Maintain all documentation per our document retention policy
  • Perform all period close and audit accountabilities (period close performed on period close weekends when required)
  • Cycle Counts performed daily
  • Weekly PQI
  • Manage Warehouse Slotting and Sequencing
  • Manage at-risk and product rotation
  • Participate in each period close process

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $53,600 - $80,450.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required (college degree preferred not required)
  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to work weekends required
  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Ability to lead small groups of people to drive results
  • Microsoft Suite including Excel comprehension preferred
