What you'll do:

1. Maintain daily production sheets and reports.
2. Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by implementing policies and procedures.
3. Ensure warehouse security by establishing and monitoring security protocols.
4. Control inventory levels through physical counts and data reconciliation.
5. Maintain warehouse condition by planning layouts, inspecting equipment, and managing repairs.
6. Achieve financial goals by preparing budgets, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
7. Manage warehouse staff scheduling, assignments, and performance.
8. Coach and discipline staff to maintain high performance standards.
9. Enhance professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking.
10. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Who we are looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in inventory management.
• Experience developing budgets, safety management, standards, process management, surveillance, inventory control, reporting, equipment maintenance, and judgment exercises.
• Ability to manage personnel and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50-100 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license required.
