Job Duties And Responsibilities

The Warehouse Associate’s primary role is to perform various skilled and semi-skilled tasks to maintain facilities/warehouse operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee maintenance and appearance of the facilities and grounds throughout the property
  • Manage a small labor crew for trash runs, outdoor groundskeeping, and overall upkeep of the facilities exterior
  • Catalog and track all inventory of assets for this facility and other locations requesting items such as furniture, forklifts, warehouse equipment, and racking
  • Complete all safety checklists daily and monthly to ensure safety and compliance
  • Unload and load semi-trailers
  • Organize, consolidate, and store all warehouse inventory
  • Perform light maintenance duties as assigned, along with other duties as needed
Skills, Experience And Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of warehouse experience, including organization, receiving, processing shipments, and inventory stocking
  • Valid driver’s license

Skills And Qualifications:

  • Ability to operate a sit-down forklift and pallet jack
  • 1 to 3 years of inventory and asset control experience
  • 1 to 3 years of groundskeeping experience
  • 1 to 3 years of logistics and transportation organization experience
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs)
  • Knowledge of safe work practices for warehouse operations
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work successfully in a team with limited resources

Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Salary Range

Compensation: $24.00/Hour - $29.00/Hour
