Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Portland, OR to support inventory control and order fulfillment. You may work in Warehouse Inventory Control or Warehouse Clerk roles, operating forklifts and other equipment following safety procedures.

You will review inventory, resolve discrepancies, move products, and collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. Excellent safety practices and ability to lift 70–100 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug screen where permitted by law.
• Ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; overtime may be required.
• Ability to lift, push or pull boxes weighing 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory and reconcile discrepancies in warehouse operations.
• Operate material handling equipment to move products safely.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts to resolve issues.
