Staples in Portland, OR is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our supply chain. You may work in one of six areas: bulk handling, porter, replenishment, receiving/putaway/returns, returns, or shipping. You will operate equipment like forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks and follow safety procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift for full-time associates.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more.
• Ability to lift, push or pull 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Aufgaben

• Operate material handling equipment to pick and move product up to 100 lbs.
• Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties.
• Move product within the warehouse using forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or pallet jacks.
• Unload trucks and palletize products; ensure accuracy and address discrepancies.
• Move returned items and match quantities with packing slips.
• Organize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders for shipping.
