Job summary

Staples Supply Chain in Portland, OR is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory control or warehouse clerk functions on a Sunday-Thursday shift from 3:00pm to 8:30pm. You will operate material handling equipment and maintain safe work practices.

Responsibilities include reviewing inventory, resolving discrepancies, and communicating with internal and external contacts to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Ability to lift 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory and resolve discrepancies to minimize variances.
• Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets or electric pallet jacks safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and communicate with teammates.
• Contribute to a safe, collaborative warehouse environment.
