Staples in Portland, OR is seeking a Lead Material Handling Equipment Operator to mentor teammates and cover supervisory gaps. You will operate forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, and electric pallet jacks while keeping safety first.

Formación

• 12+ months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• If hired as a Full-Time associate, must have ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Must wear safety composite work shoes.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and train new material handlers and fill in for supervisors as needed.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace.
• Contribute to Staples Supply Chain delivery to customers.
