Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate for inventory control and order fulfillment in our distribution center. You may operate forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks while adhering to safety procedures.

The role offers pay for performance with a $2.00/hour shift differential, plus overtime opportunities. Staples provides Full-Time and Part-Time benefits, including PTO, discounts, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a drug screen where permitted by law.
• Full-Time associates may work overtime based on business needs.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• Must lift, push or pull 70–100 lbs by hand.
• Must wear safety shoes.
• Standing/walking 100% of shift.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory, reconcile discrepancies, identify shortages, and maintain records.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, electric pallet jacks) following safety procedures.
• Confirm product accuracy and resolve discrepancies/damages with colleagues.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts to ensure customer outcomes.
• Be moved into SC1/SC2 roles as needed.
• Support Staples Supply Chain to deliver for customers.
