Job summary

Staples Supply Chain in Portland, OR is seeking a Warehouse Associate with opportunities in Inventory Control or Warehouse Clerk roles. You will operate forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, and electric pallet jacks while maintaining safety practices.

You will be essential to StaplesSupply Chain's operations, with emphasis on accuracy, communication, and teamwork. This role may require overtime and lifting up to 100 pounds; basic English is required.

Qualifications

• Pass a drug screen as required by policy.
• Overtime may be required based on business need.
• Work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• Lift/push/pull 70–100 pounds manually.
• Wear safety composite work shoes.
• Walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain records.
• Operate material handling equipment to move product safely.
• Confirm accuracy of product and address discrepancies with colleagues.
• Communicate with internal/external contacts to resolve issues.
• Adhere to safety procedures and participate in safety culture.
