Job summary

Staples is hiring for a warehouse associate in Tennessee. You will perform Inventory Control or Warehouse Clerk duties, move goods with powered equipment, and ensure accuracy of stock records. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and efficient problem solving to support customer orders.

You may be cross-trained into SC1/SC2/SC3 roles as needed. A drug screen is required, and full-time hours with overtime are common based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Pass a drug screen.
• Full-time availability with additional hours as needed.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• Ability to lift 70–100 pounds manually.
• Must wear safety shoes.
• 100% walking/standing.
• Minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Operate or support warehouse operations in Inventory Control or Warehouse Clerk roles.
• Review and reconcile inventory, identify delivery shortages and update records.
• Move products using forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets or electric pallet jacks with safety in mind.
• Communicate with internal and external contacts to resolve issues and discrepancies.
