Job summary

Staples is hiring a Warehouse Associate in our Washington distribution center. You may work in Inventory Control or as a Warehouse Clerk, moving products with forklifts and related equipment while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include reviewing inventory, reconciling discrepancies, and communicating with team members. Required: pass a drug screen, lift 70–100 pounds, and ability to work overtime. Competitive pay $24.50/hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• Pass a drug screen.
• Overtime hours may be required.
• Work at heights up to 60 feet.
• Lift 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Wear safety composite work shoes.
• Walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory and reconcile discrepancies.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks.
• Confirm product accuracy and resolve discrepancies with colleagues.
• Move product within the warehouse adhering to safety procedures.
• Possible movement into SC1/SC2/SC3 roles as needed.
