Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory control and general warehouse tasks. You may work in Warehouse Inventory Control or Warehouse Clerk roles, operating material handling equipment and adhering to safety procedures.

You may be moved between SC roles as needed to meet business needs. Responsibilities include reconciling inventory, addressing discrepancies, and coordinating with team members and stakeholders to ensure accurate product movement and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Pass a drug screen to the extent legally permissible.
• Able to work overtime beyond scheduled shift.
• Able to lift 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to walk and stand 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory and reconcile discrepancies.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turret, electric pallet jack).
• Move product within the warehouse following safety procedures.
• Communicate with internal and external contacts to resolve issues.
