Job summary

Staples is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Oregon. You may work in Warehouse Inventory Control or Warehouse Clerk, operating forklifts and pallet jacks to move product while following safety procedures.

You may be assigned to either role or to other SC positions as needed to support Staples Supply Chain. Competitive pay with benefits, footwear provided after 60 days, and a culture that emphasizes inclusion and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift for Full-Time.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• Lift, push or pull boxes weighing 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite work shoes.
• Walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory and reconcile discrepancies; maintain records to minimize variances.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, electric pallet jacks) safely in the warehouse.
• Confirm product accuracy and address discrepancies and damages; communicate with internal and external contacts to resolve issues.
