Job summary

Staples, Inc. Careers is seeking a Warehouse Associate in the Portland area to support Inventory Control or Clerk roles within our supply chain. You’ll move product using forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, and electric pallet jacks while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include inventory review, discrepancy resolution, and clear communication with internal and external contacts. Competitive pay is $24.50/hour with a $1.25 shift differential and full/part-time benefits.

Responsibilities

• You will review inventory, reconcile discrepancies, identify delivery shortages, and maintain inventory records to minimize discrepancies.
• You will operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures.
• You will confirm accuracy of product and work with colleagues to address discrepancies and damages, communicating effectively with internal and external contacts to resolve issues.
• You may be moved into SC1/SC2/SC3 roles as needed.
