Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) or similar tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials (glass panels, hardware, aluminum frames, etc.).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic counts.
• Prepare and stage materials for upcoming installation projects.
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups with suppliers and project sites.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization standards are maintained.
• Schedule installation crews based on project timelines and priorities.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and field teams to confirm schedules.
• Track project progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Communicate daily work plans and updates to installation teams.
• Maintain job files, delivery logs, and project documentation.
• Assist with invoicing support, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
• Answer calls and emails related to scheduling, deliveries, and general inquiries.
• Support management with reporting and operational tracking.
