Pelton Shepherd Industries, a long-standing, family-owned company, seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to maintain strict inventory control and efficient daily warehouse operations in Vineland, NJ. You will oversee receiving, production support, and shipping, ensuring timely distribution of finished goods and adherence to GMPs and SOPs.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and hands-on use of WMS/ERP systems and handheld scanners.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required or 5 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Experience with WMS/ERP and handheld scanning devices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily shipping/receiving and inventory control.
• Move, store, and stage materials based on production needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations using WMS and scanners.
• Perform cycle counts, audits, and reconcile variances.
• Verify outbound shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Receive inbound materials and document shipping logs.
• Ensure documentation is complete and routed.
• Physical requirements include frequent standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
