Qualifications

• H.S Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years' experience in similar related field.
• A good understanding of a manufacturing environment
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Word)

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse inventory accuracy through stock verification, FIFO compliance, cycle counting, and timely system transactions.
• Organize all four warehouses and ensure compliance with EHS standards and regulatory requirements.
• Create and submit purchase requisitions as needed.
• Track and follow up on open purchase orders with JMGS HUB and Vendors.
• Ensure all paperwork for deliveries is available for receipt; coordinate with Purchasing or Vendors to resolve issues.
• Process and coordinate payment of freight invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Approve receipt of goods and materials into the warehouse per standards.
• Ensure proper labeling and HazCom compliance.
• Train in DOT shipping regulations and manage material transfers between on-site and off-site storage.
• Identify process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, documentation accuracy, safety.
• Maintain electronic files and records.
• Maintain offsite warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Submit maintenance work orders.
• Inventory management and housekeeping of hazardous cylinder cage.
• Collaborate with supply chain for process improvements.
• Coordinate with Maintenance regarding inventory deliveries and transfers.
• Coordinate with Procurement regarding inventory questions.
