Qualifications

• Five (5) years’ experience in a high-volume warehouse environment.
• Three (3) years’ experience in increased responsibilities.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP.
• Strong data entry and proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to perform work for a maximum of nine hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities to maximize productivity of warehouse employees, equipment, and resources.
• Communicate daily goals through Tier I meetings and drive safety behaviors.
• Perform daily observations of Unsafe Acts / Conditions and take corrective actions.
• Escalate safety, personnel, policy compliance issues as needed.
• Perform daily inspections on PPE/tools to ensure safe operation and replacement as required.
• Ensure 6S standards are followed with daily audits and training of team members.
• Direct people to ensure deliveries are received and shipped efficiently.
• Record and report on performance to measure safety, quality, and productivity targets.
