Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Greer, SC to oversee core warehouse activities, coordinate tasks, and support inventory accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

The role requires forklift certification and experience in a fast-paced distribution environment. Responsibilities include directing team members, managing material flow, and ensuring adherence to OSHA guidelines and company policies, with a Monday–Friday schedule and onsite work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of warehouse/distribution experience.
• Forklift license and certification current.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; English reading/writing.
• Experience with RF scanners and forklift equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse activities and assign tasks to team members.
• Support efficient material flow and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure safety, quality, and operational standards are followed.
• Track replenishment of primary locations and resolve material/location issues.
• Communicate with management and other support teams to maximize efficiency.
