You will audit performance, control inventory, oversee material handling, and maintain thorough records. Experience with SAP as a warehouse user is a plus, with strong communication and organizational skills required.

Qualifications

• High-School Diploma required.
• 2-year college preferred.
• 3-5 years warehouse experience required.
• 0-2 years leadership experience required.
• Proficient in data entry and safety procedures.
• SAP knowledge and computer literacy beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise a small team of associates.
• Audit, monitor, and evaluate performance; ensure equipment availability and compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.
• Manage warehouse functions: material handling, inventory control, cycle counting, and customer service.
• Promote and ensure a safe workplace through safety audits and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain records and report team performance; serve as SAP Warehouse Key User and project implementation coordinator.
• Fill in as a warehouse team member when needed to ensure smooth operations.
