Job summary

URBN in Reno, NV is seeking a Group Lead to supervise warehouse associates and drive operational excellence. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. You will ensure SLA adherence, guide staff development, and maintain a productive, compliant work zone.

The position follows a Sunday to Wednesday 6:00am–4:30pm schedule. Candidates should be able to perform duties with minimal supervision and handle overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school degree or GED required.
• 1–2 years of equivalent job experience with leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with urgency and meet deadlines.
• Maintain attendance and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all associates.
• Maintain SLAs for the designated area.
• Act as a subject matter expert in the designated area.
• Support the development of employees in the designated area.
• Promote, develop, and sustain an efficient workflow within the department.
• Create a positive work environment and develop ownership in the department with diplomacy.
• Oversee the quality of production activities.
• Audit department processes to ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Interact with management and cross-functional staff to resolve issues.
