URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Group Lead to supervise warehouse associates and ensure timely, accurate execution of daily tasks. The role emphasizes leadership, process discipline, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will guide teams, maintain standards, and collaborate with cross-functional peers to optimize workflows and uphold quality across the designated area.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school degree or GED required.
• 1–2 years of equivalent job experience; team building and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and time constraints, dependable and with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent organizational and efficiency skills.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Maintain attendance and must be able to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all associates.
• Maintain SLAs for the designated area.
• Act as a subject matter expert in the designated area.
• Support the development of employees in the designated area.
• Promote, develop, and sustain an efficient workflow within the department. Ensure the area is adequately supplied to complete daily tasks.
• Create a positive work environment and develop ownership in the department with a high level of diplomacy, professionalism, and integrity.
• Oversee the quality of production activities.
• Audit department processes to ensure all team members are adhering to processes and SOPs.
• Interact with management and cross-functional employees to resolve issues affecting operations.
