Job summary

URBN is seeking a Group Lead for its Raymore, MO location. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will supervise associates, uphold SLAs, and ensure smooth daily workflows.

Shifts run Sunday to Wednesday, 5:30pm–4:00am. The position emphasizes team development, problem-solving, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of equivalent job experience with leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and efficiency skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all associates.
• Maintain SLAs for the designated area.
• Act as a subject matter expert in the designated area.
• Support the development of employees in the designated area.
• Promote, develop, and sustain an efficient workflow within the department.
• Create a positive work environment and develop ownership in the department.
• Oversee the quality of production activities.
• Audit department processes to ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Interact with management and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
