Job summary

URBN, Reno distribution center, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead fulfillment teams across e-commerce, retail, and wholesale channels. You will coordinate daily activities, drive productivity, and uphold safety, quality, and cost targets while supporting cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and hands-on leadership in a production environment with a focus on continuous improvement and staff development.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in fulfillment, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to communicate, support, and motivate teams to achieve operational goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset for tracking and reporting departmental production.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and HRIS or data reporting tools such as Sterling, Manhattan, WCS, Kronos, Qlik Reporting, etc.
• Exhibit effective change management skills and serve as a strong role model for the team.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.

• Collaborate with management to address operational issues.
• Review performance and attendance, give feedback and counseling.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Promote safe work environment.
• Undertake other duties to improve efficiency.
