Job summary

This role is based at 12055 Moya Blvd, Reno, NV 89506, United States. A Group Lead will supervise warehouse associates, maintain SLAs, and act as the subject-matter expert for the area. Schedule is Sunday–Wednesday, 6:00am–4:30pm, with focus on safety, efficiency, and quality in daily operations.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while resolving issues across teams.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school degree or GED required.
• 1 to 2 years of equivalent job experience; team building and leadership skills.
• Works well under pressure and time constraints, dependable and with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent organizational and efficiency skills.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.

Role Summary

They should have a basic understanding of Warehouse Operations and demonstrate problem-solving abilities. A successful Group Lead is flexible to accept new and diverse assignments. They possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday 6:00am - 4:30pm.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout a shift
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds
• Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements
