Clear Destination Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities include preparing and shipping orders, pulling inventory, labeling, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while complying with procedures.

The role requires basic computer skills, good communication, and the ability to read orders and perform arithmetic. Some experience with truck delivery is preferred. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug test

Responsabilités

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
• Pull inventory for shipments
• Assist with loading correct material onto trucks for delivery
• Record merchandise per standard operating procedures
• Attach correct labels to orders
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace and optimize space
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment
• Follow quality service standards and procedures
• Work in accordance with warehouse safety regulations
• Load finished product onto trucks
• Navigate equipment to collect customer orders
• Follow safety regulations for driving and handling materials
• Interact with customers professionally
• Counter sales to General Contractors
• Use technology to manage logistics processes
• Perform other related duties as assigned
