Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. seeks a warehouse associate to support inbound/outbound operations, ensuring accuracy, safety, and excellent customer service. Under direct supervision, you will receive, store, select, and load products while maintaining inventory integrity.

You will operate forklifts and related equipment, pick orders, and help meet productivity goals. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or certification a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and order pickers.
• Safely operate equipment for up to 95% of the workday.
• Select, prepare, and fulfill customer orders accurately.
• Receive inbound products and maintain inventory records.
• Apply pallet tags and labels to materials upon receipt.
• Transport products to storage locations.
• Stock items according to warehouse locations.
• Rotate inventory to use older stock first.
• Read pick tickets and assemble orders for shipment.
• Load trailers for delivery.
• Record and maintain inventory and operational data.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Respond to customer requests professionally.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
