Job summary

Mandolin HVAC and Construction LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations by receiving shipments, processing orders, and organizing inventory. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using forklift and pallet jack equipment.

You will pack and stage parts for technicians, transport items to job sites, perform light maintenance on tools, and help maintain a safe, OSHA-compliant workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, hand trucks).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments, stock shelves, and conduct regular counts using warehouse management software.
• Pack and stage parts, materials and equipment for technicians and installers.
• Transport parts to job sites or load and unload delivery trucks as needed.
• Perform minor upkeep on shop tools, vehicles and recovery cylinders.
• Maintain a hazard-free workspace and follow OSHA and MSDS standards.

• Perform minor upkeep on shop tools, vehicles and recovery cylinders
• Maintain a hazard free workspace and comply with safety guidelines like OSHA and material safety data sheet standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred
