Job summary

Controlled Products Systems Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support high-volume operations and ensure safety and quality in daily tasks.

You will assist customers with order pickup, process shipments, and help with inbound/outbound logistics while following standard work. A HS diploma, forklift certification, and 3+ years of warehouse experience are required; a valid driver's license is also needed. We offer comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in a high-volume warehouse.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform all warehouse tasks following standard work and safety policies.
• Assist customers with order pickup and deliveries of inventory.
• Support outbound shipment processes and inbound logistics.
• Handle incoming telephone inquiries and administrative duties as requested.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and report safety issues.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely to minimize accidents.
• Identify deviations and notify supervisor to correct issues.
