AtWork Group is seeking a dependable Shipping/Receiving Specialist in Charlotte, NC to support daily warehouse operations. You will handle shipping and receiving, maintain records, and assist with inventory in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires attention to detail, good organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Forklift certification and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, label, and ship outgoing customer orders and materials.
• Receive incoming packages, supplies, freight, and materials.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against orders, packing slips, invoices, and other documentation.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues as needed.
• Enter shipping, receiving, and inventory information accurately into the computer system.
• Prepare and maintain shipping records, labels, bills of lading, and other required paperwork.
• Coordinate with carriers, drivers, vendors, and internal departments to support timely deliveries and shipments.
• Move, organize, stock, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping, receiving, and warehouse area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
