Qualifications

• 1 year warehouse receiving and material handling experience.
• Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Count, verify, and receive incoming vendor shipments and customer return material.
• Stock and maintain the warehouse; pick, document, and pack customer orders per policy.
• Move goods with attention to detail to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Handle shipping discrepancies and forward necessary paperwork.
• Identify nonstock, special-order, and damaged material and store properly.
• Complete documentation for shipments delivered by third-party carrier.
• Load and unload trucks; operate forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
• Inform supervisor of stock depletions, discrepancies, or damaged merchandise.
• Ensure security and controls to protect Profit Center assets.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety; remove debris and report safety issues.
• Assist coworkers in servicing customers and comply with Safety Standards.
• Complete required safety and compliance training.
