Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator/Clerk to verify data and maintain shipment records. You will pack products, prepare documents, and operate basic material handling equipment to support efficient shipping.

The role requires at least 1 year in a warehouse, a High School diploma or GED, and good English communication. Forklift experience and export/shipping knowledge are preferred. This is an on-site, full-time position in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year in a warehouse role with stocking, order picking, and/or packaging.
Forklift experience preferred; export compliance and international shipping preferred.

Responsibilities

Verify counts, weights, and storage locations for received items and record discrepancies.
Package products to protect from damage and ensure labels and documents are correct.
Maintain accurate shipment records and prepare shipping paperwork.
Use ERP or other systems to complete data entry and paperwork.
Monitor inventory of shipping materials and coordinate with procurement to avoid stock-outs.
Perform other duties as assigned and maintain a safe, clean work area.
