Wheel Pros in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily fulfillment operations. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, receive inventory, and maintain inventory accuracy while following safety policies.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience in warehouse environments. Proficiency with RF scanners and a forklift certification is preferred; expect lifting up to 50 lbs and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to become certified.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Receive inbound inventory and verify shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and system records.
• Put away inventory in designated locations using proper procedures.
• Replenish picking locations and assist with stock rotation as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, or RF scanners, as certified.
• Inspect products for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with returns processing, labeling, restocking, and general warehouse tasks.
• Meet productivity, quality, attendance, and safety expectations.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support daily operational goals.
