Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Norcross, GA to support inbound, outbound, and general warehouse operations. You will handle data entry, report preparation, and distribution of warehouse-related documents to ensure timely freight delivery and accurate distribution of items.

The role requires a minimum of two years in warehouse procedures, strong communication, and solid Excel/Outlook skills. Benefits start day one, with Monday–Friday 11AM start times and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of experience in warehouse & delivery procedures required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Effective communication both verbally and in writing.
Excellent telephone and customer service ability.
Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Basic computer skills with a good knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
Problem solving and critical thinking abilities to solve problems of limited scope.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to support others in the department and division.
High school diploma or GED/equivalent required.

Responsibilities

General warehouse: duties may include inbound/outbound functions and related tasks.
Schedule receiving appointments with vendors for inbound freight and prepare delivery sheets.
Complete inbound/outbound paperwork and reports; update master storage reports.
Interact with warehouse personnel to resolve picking/shipping issues.
